Rules of Conduct - Jackson Soccer Club
|
The following acts or activities are strictly prohibited. These rules apply directly to any member of the Jackson Soccer Club, but will also apply to any guests that are in the control of a member. Guest may include, but are not limited to relatives, family members, friends, associates, fellow employees. Any Club member, or person in their control that is found to have committed any of the below list of offenses, may be subject to disciplinary action by the Board and/or Ethics and Discipline Committee, should an accused person be found guilty of any one or more of the following:
- Falsification of records.
- Use and/or consumption of any illegal drug or alcoholic beverages, immediately before, during, or immediately after the playing of any youth soccer game, or scheduled practice or activity.
- Use of tobacco in any form may not be consumed within 200 yards of practices or games
- Foul or offensive language or gestures wherever the Club or Club teams gather
- Reckless of dangerous driving while transporting Club members
- Engaging in illegal activities while traveling with the Club or Club teams, or while transacting Club business
- Inappropriate dress or attire that violate social views on decency
- Offensive, lewd or indecent acts
- Hostile or abusive acts, language, or threats upon persons or officials where the Club or Club teams gather, immediately before, during, or immediately after any Club activity or event
- Firearms are prohibited within 200 yards of practices or games, and never in sight or reach of a Club member
- Littering
- Physical contact
- Throwing, tossing, or propelling any object(s)
- Horseplay
Other infractions as determined by the Board or affected Team but not herein identified
